Directions: Add about half a capful to running water in the bath, then lie back and relax weary muscles, letting the natural vapours gently help to clear your head. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of the reach of children. Suitable for children over the age of 3 years. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
