Virasorb cold sore cream contains the active ingredient aciclovir, which is an antiviral medicine used to treat infections with the herpes virus
Directions for use: Apply a thin layre of cream over the site of infection every four hours, 5 times a day. Continue with the treatment for 5 days. If there is no clinical benefit after 5 days, treatment should continue for another 5 days. If after 10 days there is still no clinical benefit, treatment should be discontinued and you should consult your doctor.
