Product Description

Germoloid Ointment provides fast and effective relief from internal and external piles (haemorrhoids) and anal itching. It contains local anaesthetic for effective relief from pain and discomfort. Local anaesthetic pain relief.

Adults and children over the age of 12 years. You must be at least 16 years old to purchase this product. Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use. For use in and around the anus only. Apply as directed in the leaflet. Use at least twice a day with a minimum of 3 to 4 hours between application. Further applications can be made at any time of the day, and are particularly recommended after a bowel movement. Do not use more than 4 times in any 24 hour period. If symptoms persist consult your doctor. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after application. Germoloids Ointment is not recommended for children under 12 years. Do NOT use Germoloids Ointment. This medicine may not be used if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Zinc oxide or Lidocaine, or any of the other ingredients in the product. This product should be stored in its original carton.

Active ingredients Zinc Oxide 6.6% and Lidocaine Hydrochloride 0.7%. Also contains: yellow soft paraffin, wool fat, methyl salicylate, propylene glycol and menthol (see leaflet for further information).

Delivery Information

Next Working Day Delivery - Order before 11:30am Monday to Friday for delivery the next working day (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed between 11:30am Friday and 11:30am Monday will arrive on Tuesday. 

All orders dispatched using this delivery option will incur a £4.80 delivery charge.

Standard Delivery - Orders should arrive within 1-3 working days from when the items have been dispatched from our warehouse.

All orders dispatched using this delivery option under £30 will incur a £3.75 delivery charge. Orders over the value of £30 are free.

Our fulfilment partner for UK orders is Evri (Hermes).

Please note: we only deliver to UK mainland addresses (Excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands).

Returns and Exchanges

You can return your order, or part of it, for any reason within 28 days.

Returned items must be unused and still in their original packaging. Refunds will be credited within 10 working days of the date of return.

We do not accept online returns to store.
